The i-ACTIV AWD® system is Mazda’s innovative all-wheel drive technology that gives Leesburg drivers and beyond more control in harsh conditions no matter the roads they take. This system uses sensors to track road conditions, interpret the information, and make adjustments to the torque sent out to the axles, making this an active torque split AWD system. The i-ACTIV AWD® system is also paired with the Front-Wheel Slip-Warning Detection System which uses sensors to monitor wheel slips, giving torque to the rear wheels and helping you regain control.
